What is the Strategic Breakfast Club?

Similar to an executive master mind group, this is specially designed for small and middle size business owners, entrepreneurs, solo-preneurs, and free lancers.

We provide an opportunity for business leaders to meet with others, share challenges, collaborate on solutions, build relationships that become more like partnerships, find accountability, grow immensely in your capacity as a leader, and discover new levels of success for you and your business.

What can I expect?

Strategic Breakfast Club offers working strategy sessions. Strategy groups between 6 to 8 business leaders participate in monthly Strategic Breakfast sessions.

Each 90 minute breakfast session is organized as follows:

  • 10-15 minutes of networking and introductions
  • 10-20 minutes of interactive discovery
  • 20-40 minutes of solution finding
  • 20-25 minutes of action planning
  • 5 minutes wrap up

An additional 20 minutes is available for further discussion and networking.

Why do I need this?

Business leaders in larger companies have peers within their company, they have support, they have tools and they a lot of resources.

Small business leaders often don’t have these resources. They often feel the entire pressure of their business. Trying to keep a good attitude and project a positive image of their business can be challenging. They don’t have the support from others to honestly and openly share their challenges. This pressure can be isolating. Even in good economic times, this isolation can lead to bad decisions or neglect of areas that need attention that introduce risk. In bad economic times, this isolation might feel a little more like loneliness.

We want to take the loneliness out of business ownership.

We achieve this by providing you an opportunity to step away from your business so that you can work ON your business with a group of peers that are wrestling with the same things you are.
